I'm not missing anything. The seasoning period for the following events was four years:
Foreclosure
Short Sale
Deed-in-lieu
NOD
120+ days late
Forbearance
Bankruptcy
Then seasoning was raised to five years for foreclosure and deed-in-lieu.
Then they plucked short sale out of that bunch and lowered seasoning for short sale only to two years.
