Without knowing the specifics, it's hard to answer that question. Do you know what your credit score was? What did he initially disclose to you as rate and term? Did you sign the paperwork at closing in front of an attorney or have your own attorney with you to oversee the documents? There are many disclosures that brokers/lenders have to avoid the possibility of being sued, so without knowing specifics, I can't be much help.
If you feel that you have a case, though. Take it to your attorney and see what he/she has to say about it.
