Glad to find and sign in to this forum! Have completed short sales, loan modifications and repayment plans on a part-time basis. Now have plans to make it a real business. Welcome advice on and the mechanics of closing the sale for upfront payments from homeowners site unseen (ie. telephone, email, fax, website, pay-by-phone, etc). Thanks.
