Hello All,

Finally, decided to take a crack at this forum stuff. I'm a member of quite a few but this is the first one where I've decided to post. I'm here for the networking and to see if I can learn how Loss Mitigators really think. I'm hoping to learn from others experiences to see if we should be approaching the negotiation differently and maybe getting better results. My partner and I have worked multiple deals now and we are finally getting to the end of one where it's going to make it all worthwhile. I'm also a licensed realtor and loan officer so I hope to contribute to this forum in those areas. Lastly, I'm wondering how I get a copy of the free e-book "Principles of Loss Mitigation". I thought it would show up in my email shortly after registering but maybe not.
