I just finished my first reading of the manual and to answer your question re a possible refund, it all depends on your level of experience. I have a few years experienced in real estate and this is one of my best buys. It's the only time I feel I got the better part of the bargain to the point that instead of a refund I feel I owe. That’s not to say it's perfect. I am in CA and I expect to have to modify to make it work with the most consumer oriented state laws in the USA. It will make you ache to get started! Regards FosterCA
