I'm a real estate broker in southern California, and our team has over 35 Short Sale listings and climbing very rapidly. We're seriously considering sub-contracting our Short Sale Lender Negotiations work for that is our current bottle neck. Does anyone on this board know of an experienced and reputable person or company that does such work ?
