You may want to get a lawyer.
First though, did he pay a fair value for your home?
If they rigged the process, didn't provide enough advertising etc. to make sure that the auction went well, you probably have a case.
But (1) you need to learn more about what happened, how and why. (2) consider getting a lawyer.
