Chase Loan Modification
I have gone through a loan modification with Chase since August and i thought i would let you know what i had to do to get it.
First off I am a single mom with one income....
The process is as followed:
* Contact loss mitigation
* send in paperwork and hardship letter
* make sure you call after to make sure they received it
* you will then be assigned a negotiator
* get the ext and phone number right away this person is your life line
