Hello from Florida
I am a new member. I am a real estate broker who has focus on pre-forclosure properties for the past 14 years. I am also an appraiser, have done short sales (before they were even called short sales) and have done loss mitigation by virtue of trying to help people with their houses. I am looking forward to becoming a full-fledged consultant and am looking forward to the manual that everyone else is!
