I'm not sure what you mean by transferred with an assignment. Sometimes your mortgage's servicing will be transferred from one company to another. If that is what you are concerned about, call the company you think ho;ds you mortgage and ask them.
With regard to froeclosure...if you have been making payments all along, you are probably not getting foreclosed on.
