I am up so late reading this forum that I am really pumped up. Thanks for being such an inspiration. What have you ran into so far? What roadblocks am I up against?
The first thing I ran into that everyone should know is that I had to send in the Signed Authorization again because it was not dated. In this case I am going to put the client on the line in a conference call. Both husband and wife are on the loan so hopefully they won't require her on the line as well.
Surely not right?? Never say Never right??
