Hey Folks,
What Has Been Your Experience W/ Taylor Bean & Whitaker.
They've Infomred Me That They Don't Participate In The Obama Plan At All.
It's Almost Impossible To Get Thru To Customer Service. I Have A Direct Ext For A Rep That Has Never Called Back.
We Did A Forensic Audit On This File But It Came Back W/ No Errors (unfortunately).
Does Anyone Have Experience W/ This Servicer? What Approach Do We Take W/ Them. The Last Time We Actually Did Get Thru To Speak W/ A Rep, We Asked What Programs They Had In Place For Their Borrowers And The Rep Hung Up On Us! Right Now As I Type This, I've Been On Hold (w/ No Answer As Of Yet) For 58 Minutes! Unbelievable!
Does Anyone Have Any Suggestions Here. Please Advise.
